The hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is easy to find from the airport and situated in a quiet area of town. It's just across the road from the esplanade, offering a convenient spot to soak up the beachside atmosphere. Additionally, being opposite a large convenience store, it's perfect for any last-minute shopping needs. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities such as rooms with air conditioning, balconies, clean towels, and a common kitchen add to the overall comfort of the stay. The included breakfast with jam or vegemite is a nice touch, providing a good start to the day.
All was satisfactory.

The localtion is great and very centralise. It is convenience to all attraction.
The first thing we don't like is the shower head which is terrible and water is not spreading to body but everywhere; the second thing some staff is not really helpful. When we asked something about tour information, she is not willing to help and quite arrogant. She even said only thing she can do it for us it book tour.

Breakfast was light and the staff was FRIENDLY. Cairns hospital and other nice tourist spots were very close to this hotel. Rustys juice bar, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Free parking was provided to the guests.

Clean spacious room
Noisy neighbours and paper thin Walls make for no sleep. Music blaring after 10pm. Shared facilities very basic and pool is more like a pond (size wise)

Great Hotel, rooms very clean and good size. Very quiet no noise from others or from traffic. The diy breakfast was excellent and no shortage of tea/ coffee/ bread etc. All very well organised. Free shuttle to airport was excellent. Plenty of tea/coffee in the bedrooms, loads of hot water and towels. Would recommend to anyone.
The hotel is quite a walk into the main part of town which is good because you don't get the noise of people and traffic but after a long day seeing the sights, can be a treck if you want to visit the restaurants and bars. Small children would find it too far.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Esplanade, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast, which includes jam or vegemite, is a nice touch and adds to the overall value of the hotel.

location is good, and it's really value of its rate. the room really feel relex when we come in. It likes an inn, not more space to go ground outside..Any way, this inn deserves to stay with its reasonable price and the room, you really feel relax

The room is clean and spacious, simple but beautifully decorated. The public kitchen gives option to make your own meal when local cusine is not to your like. It balances well between the budget and quality when you take it as a base for your trip to the rainforest and the great barrier reef.
No much to complain though the staff is not always around. We were out during the day time and just came back to sleep.
